House Rules

These House Rules are in place to ensure that all guests are able to have a consistent, safe, and enjoyable experience. We expect that all guest read and adhere to these rules and guidelines. Fines up to $500 per offence may be levied.

No Smoking

Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco on the property, inside or on the grounds, is prohibited.

Remove Shoes

All guests must remove shoes while inside the cabin

Parking

For your safety, parking in the driveway is limited to 8 vehicles. Please do not park on the grass. If you need additional parking please contact your host.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available anytime after 4:00. Check-out time is 11:00am. Please contact your host for early check-in/late checkout availability!

Events & Gatherings

All Guests must obtain permission before planning or hosting an event, gathering, wedding, etc. at the cabin.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cabin. If you or a guest in your group requires a service animal please contact your host for accommodation.

Moving Furniture

We understand you may want to move furniture or fixtures during your stay. If you do, please ask your hosts for instructions on where to find the furniture moving pads! (Please do not move the firepit from the concrete pad).

Respect Your Neighbors

Please respect the neighbors! Please do not trespass on their property and adhere to the quiet hours between 10pm-8am on weekdays and 12am-8am on weekends.

Maximum Occupancy

Occupancy is limited to the guest count shown on your reservation. A fine of up to $100/person may be levied for unannounced guests above this limit. If you would like to increase your guest count please contact your host!
